Registration and login

It takes about ten minutes to sign up for the Joint Information Platform on Natural Hazards (GIN). Once you have registered, you can use the platform on your computer. It takes an extra ten minutes to set up the GIN app on your smartphone or tablet.

Instructions

To log in to GIN, you need an eIAM account. Your data (email address, password, etc.) can therefore be managed via your account settings. If you have a smartcard, please contact the issuer of the smartcard to reset the password.

• Initial registration GIN

  

  Open www.gin.admin.ch in your browser

  

  Select login and log in or create a new account

  

  Click on “Request access to GIN”

  

  Fill in the fields and click “Continue”

  

  Completion of access request
